D.M. Consunji, Inc. builds infrastructures that support urban development. Some of its high-impact projects include toll roads, railway systems, power plants and water facilities.

DMCI Homes helps provide decent housing to less fortunate families by supporting Habitat for Humanity Philippines, Gawad Kalinga and various local government units (LGU).

In 2017, over 240 indigent families who were either displaced by LGU relocation or affected by natural disasters were given their own homes in Bulacan, Cebu, Parañaque and Quezon City. Another 283 housing units are under construction while 88 are awaiting turnover to qualified beneficiaries.

Maynilad partners with civil society groups to provide urban poor communities with access to affordable potable water. These communities are organized and given training to make sure that they are capable of sustaining the water management programs.

Over 16,000 urban poor residents have benefited from Maynilad’s water cooperatives.

Sem-Calaca Power Corporation donated 300 assorted vegetable seedlings to Calantas Elementary School to support their “Gulayan sa Paaralan Program”.

The company also turned over 100 pieces of drums to Brgy. Dacanlao in Calaca, Batangas, to be used for the garbage segregation efforts of the community.

Berong Nickel Corporation assisted the local government unit of Quezon in Palawan in the contouring and excavation of a ninehectare sanitary landfill, which will be used to manage the domestic waste of 14 barangays.
